Overland Capital Management LLC ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Overland Capital mobile application (the "App"). This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information when you use our App.

We are committed to protecting your privacy. The App is designed as an investor portal for existing clients of Overland Capital Management LLC.

2. Information We Collect

The App collects minimal information:

• Login Credentials: You enter an email address and password to access the App. These credentials are validated locally within the App and are not transmitted to or stored on any external server.
• Chat Messages: If you use the AI Assistant feature, messages you type are sent to a third-party AI service (Anthropic) for processing. These messages may include questions about your investments or account. Chat history is stored temporarily in your device's memory during your session and is cleared when you close the App.

Payment Method Display: The App may display partial payment card information (such as the last four digits and card type) within your account profile for reference purposes. Full card numbers, CVV codes, and expiration dates are never stored or displayed in the App.

We do not collect or store:

• Personal identification documents
• Full financial account numbers or complete payment card details
• Location data
• Device identifiers or advertising IDs
• Usage analytics or behavioral tracking data
• Cookies or local storage data

3. Third-Party Services

The App uses the following third-party services:

• Anthropic API: Powers the AI Assistant chat feature. When you send a message in the chat, your message text is transmitted to Anthropic's servers for processing. Anthropic's privacy policy governs their handling of this data. Visit anthropic.com/privacy for details.
• Google Fonts: The App loads fonts from Google's servers. Google may collect standard web request data (IP address, browser type) when fonts are loaded. Visit Google's Privacy Policy for details.
• unpkg.com (Lucide Icons): Icon assets are loaded from this CDN. Standard web request data may be collected by the CDN provider.

4. Data Storage and Retention

The App does not persist any user data between sessions. All portfolio data, transaction history, and account information displayed in the App is pre-loaded within the application itself. No data is written to your device's local storage, cookies, or any external database.

When you close the App or navigate away, any session data (including chat history) is automatically cleared from memory.

5. Data Sharing

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. The only data transmitted externally is:

• Chat messages sent to Anthropic's API when you use the AI Assistant feature
• Standard HTTP requests to Google Fonts and unpkg.com CDN for loading visual assets

6. Security

The App uses HTTPS encryption for all external communications. Since the App does not store personal data on external servers, risks associated with data breaches are minimized.

7. Children's Privacy

The App is not intended for use by individuals under the age of 18. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

8. Your Rights

Since the App does not collect or store personal data on our servers, there is no stored data to access, modify, or delete. If you have questions about how your chat messages are handled by Anthropic, please refer to their privacy policy.

9. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected by updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
